i like this blog.very informative.i would take note of those questions and magbantay ko if ever mo ask sila og questions nako like those on the list during the interview.since it's only an interview and if it seems that the questions are irrelevant for the position that one is applying for,i think we have the right to decline to answer the question.

anyway, issue on legality of some of these questions are applicable in other countries only, like in the US..here, you may not find it in our laws. If you think the question is irrelevant to the position, respond accordingly.. it's up to your discretion.

if you notice we cannot compete japan because they prioritized job opening to seniors rather than newbie. quality can only be achieve with the skilled not the unskilled personnel. age discrimination is the number one factor why we have a low quality output because we tolerate our product to be training ground for the newbie.
i believe this is a good practice. |

these are just guidelines for an HR, not the other way around, most HR wont ask these, but some who just wants to know something out of curiosity, ask this...
I think its acceptable to defer answering those personal questions. I think the HR find it professional if you don't talk small talk... |

I think it depends on the pattern of asking also. sabton na lang sad nato nga dli pwede mutabaho ang masakiton sa mga institution nga sanitary is number one priority, kay maglikay sa dakong gubot puhon ba, and we should also know the reason of why HR is asking these questions, as we all know naay daghan rason ngano gipangutana ni dili kay discrimination ra most of the time valid ni siya, and me also is asking this for some reasons, not just discriminating them....
