I rmember when the HR asked about my reasons of leaving my current job.

I immediately said. "As you know our field is very boring and stressful, which prompted me to look for a challenging blah blah" I forgot not to say negative comments about your previous company, and to think I'll be working in a more stressful environment. :o Of course the HR rejected my application.

TIPS, HR, sometimes will ask some scenes, situations, conflicts and the likes in your previous company. They'll ask how you handle and cope with it. Just be honest

This is true. Also, never tell about your previous company's secrets and management styles kay paksit jud ka sa interviewer.

Another thing, if mo ask ug "how long would you stay with us?" don't tell 1, 2 or 5 yrs. or any fixed number of yrs. Just tell "As long as I am an asset of the company and my efforts are well rewarded".
