basta during the interview, be honest, modest and do not be overconfident.
speak english when needed bahalag magka nosebleed.
then look at the interview straight in the eye. for sure you will win his/her approval.

Hoping nga ang mga interviewer dili mag buhat ug laing exhibition nga mga pangutana ug dili sad nila lisod lisoron kay naa namay mga tips gud nya siguro mangutana sila ug mga out of this world nga questions like "Sale your self in two minute" waaaaaaa makuratan ka.

hehehehe wla lagi diri ang pinaka lisod nga question para sa interview...

when i was interviewed here for my present job, the only question the General Manager asked me was.

"Gi-unsa pag-himo ang hotdog?"

funny noh? pero bitaw kani nga question daghan kaayo ug background information you can get from someone jud...tungod kay psychological man gud ni nga question...

tip lang kung pangutan-un gani mo ug mga in-ani nga question, just use your imagination to answer!

permi jud nko ma encounter ning mga question na..mao gyud ni kasagaran i-ask sa mga tga HRD,plus may mga follow-up questions pa gyud..

based on my experience..ilang mga follow-up questions nako adto kay mura jud ko ug ni apil sa miss universe beauty pageant..hehehe.. atuts kaau oi..
