depende sad siguro sa alibi or rason oi, kaila man sad siguro na sila ug medical certificate and if sige ka sakit sakit, perhaps u can also take a look if fit to work pa tuod ka or else Sykes will have to let you go, of course hopefully pay you separation pay ug dili na ipaagi pa ug bisan unsang scheme to avoid that
