basta para nku.., OK ang sykes .. Ive learned a lot.. first company ni nku..! =)

since nag sturya m0h about attendance.. I think importante kau ni in every company... sauna top performer jud k0h sa account nmu sa SYKES.,. applied for trainer.,. passed the interview and was endorsed to HR for a promotion.. everything was wasted because of my attendance.. daghan SL man gd.. tsktsk... s0 i took care sa akng attendance pru sa PS nku a2.. then got promoted... =)., ryt n0w im in SG working in big IT Company!!..

s0 guys.. ayaw ug absent.. be professional , learn as much... it will help you somehow in the future..

Wow sayang, mao unta na akong ganahan kaayo sa sykes... kadtong nag trabaho po ko diha ma absent ko ug tag 1 week then inig balik nako ingnon ra ko sa akng tl nga ayaw na ug absent
Trabaho na sad ko for several weeks then ma absent na sad ko ug 1 week, mao ra gihapon ang sulti sa akong TL. hehe, hayahay kaayo anytime absent anytime present

Pero wala na ko sykes dili na kaya sa akong lawas, naa na ko sa gobyerno trabaho kung diin anytime present anytime absent is always a okay gihapon.

^^sulit jud diay ang tax sa mga callcenter agents..anyway, sa mga newbies, ayaw lang jud mo absent if dili kinahanglan. nindot ang SYKES sa imo if maconsider ka na asset sa kompanya.

ka remember ko nga si bitch godess pa nag train namu pag start nako sa sykes. t_24..

and like sa uban, wala gyud koy problema sa attendance policy. tuman lang gud ta. ingon sila nga kailangan mutawag sa OMD kung mag SL, then tawag. if you think you'd be absent for at least 2 days, then secure a med cert. ingon ana raman ka simple.

hasol ni cya ila bag.o procedures pero ang thought that 2k ka employees naka tuman ra sa rules then selected few ra wala, maka ingon gyud ka nga ang selected few ra ang naa problema.

good day mga taga sykes..gikan ko interview ug exam ganina..and after exam gitawag ko with the other applicants then the HR told us that we don't pass the exam..not to brag but the exam are easily..online and written exam.. 6 mi kabuok gitawag, ang 5 namo kay nursing, ako ray dili nurse..nya naa ko nadunggan nga dli na daw manawat ug nursing ang sykes..possible ba kaha nga nasayup sila ug tan.aw sa ako resume..nga they thought that i am a nursing grad?doubtful lang ko coz i waited long this day..thanks daan sa mga mo reply..

you can always ask the HR about that if you're doubtful =>

ana man tong guard nga dli daw mi mka personal ug talk sa HR..doubtful jud ko kay ako tapad nangupya ra nako nya siya na nuon ang nadala para final interview ugma.. walay taga HR nga mka tubag sa ako concern?para pd mkahbw ko ngano nahagbong ko..salamat

ako uyab bag-o ra nadawat sa Sykes, last week lang. sa iyang batch daghan daw kaau nursing ni apil and nadawat. so dili na tinuod na d mu dawat ang Sykes ug nursing.

and naa man na sa Exam code na dli sila pwede mu sulti nganu wala ka pasar.. ana raman jud na "Im sorry pero you can come back after 3 months"

one day ra ba ang process nila sa applicants? or would it take time?

what if you won't be able to provide a TOR because you still have a balance to pay sa school would they give you a chance to just provide a promissory note and state the possible date na maka pass nka sa imong TOR... or di just ka nila dawaton para training unless you can provide your TOR?

Basin lang cguro proof bro, like kanang pinakalast nimu nga admission slip. Pero in my case before (2003) kay gihatagan man kog 2 weeks to secure sa akong mga requirements.

ouch..naigo ko atong attendance dah...bag.o naman attendance policy sa sykes..and good luck to me..isa na lang ka absent..basin matang2 nako sa account..first job pa jud nako..kapoy man gud tawag sa OMD..heheh
