are you a hard worker?

HI guys!
just want some opinions.. you will be rich if you are a hard worker and you are in the right opportunity or you will not be rich if you are not in the right opportunity. Example a garbage collector, they are hard worker but they're not rich but even if wla ka tapos like a hard worker like garbage collector, they can still be rich if they are in the right opportunity and do the hard work.
