i thought that supportsave is really a bad company, but when i start working with supportsave,i love the people at supportsave, the hr's and the tl's are very friendly which will make you stay with them.

fix day off saturday and sunday which maka laag ka with your friends.

walay work december 25 and december 31 for x-mass and new year which maka spend ka sa imung time with your family.

salary for the newbies : 12,500pesos

im back again, im currently working at supportsave now.

actually guys, naa silay work pang gabie naa pud buntag.

ang buntag na shift kay mga australian account man.. so depende rana asa ka ibutang na account... daghan pud sa buntag na shift pero mas daghan jud ang gabie na shift sa supportsave.

again : naa silay pang buntag naa pud sila gabie...

naay 9pm:6am, 10pm:7am, naa pud 3am:12noon...

depende manasa account if american acc mo or australian acc mo...

as in dili jud stress ang work sa support, speciall ang mga tl's and hr's very helpful..

and by the way : KUNG MADAWAT NAKA SA SUPPORTSAVE, dli sila mangayu og t.o.r.. para rana sa mga specialize na position nga mangayu sila og t.o.r..

so kung agent ka. they wont ask you for a resume.

I've been into a callcenter industry before..a year....i've been into those very pressured moments.....kapoi au..hahay..
For me, Higher salary from other call centers will never compensate if health na nimo ang at risk, grabe ang pressures from work, from tls, ....compulsory OTs...work on Holidays....shifting scheds...its killing you slowly... hmmmmmmmm

I'm hoping supportsave will be a different one.. hopefully..I'm crossing my fingers on it.
