I tell you Bro, malugi na lang ng Lexmark di pa na malugi ng San Miguel Corporation...
See for yourself why!?
Bro, I'm speaking from my own experience in working at LRDC. San Miguel is not an IT company, and neither it does Firmware/Device Driver Research and Development. My line is into IT, and I can't imagine myself working for other non-IT companies. You can't compare Lexmark RnD which is a multinational OEM company to a company which produces beer. Do you get what I mean?

brod... wa koy idea, I left the company 3 years ago. Try sa jobs section, you can contact a fellow istoryan who's in HR.

Speaking of hiring, I'm currently looking for another person to complete my Software Development Team here in Singapore. Ngita mig capable na TIBCO smart socket na programmer and someone who has experience in Reuters RFA, kanang experienced developing applications that gather financial market data. And someone who has 2 yrs experience na in the field.

dli man cguro ma compare ang LRDC ug ang SMC.. its like comparing oranges to apples....LRDC is an IT company.. SMC is not.. SMC may give you a better compensation..maybe not.. depende sa position cguro... pro ako gkan sad ko dha sa LRDC.. janitor ko sa una
now same with Kolz am here in singapore na.. and the same ako work dri ug work nako sa lex pako..

Pro para nako if bag o grad.. yaw tan aw sa imo sweldo diretso.. but will the company give you the growth that you need.. and will it be honored sa uban companya.. just incase...

just my 2 cents..
