naka apply man gud ko sa una nya nkapasar ko sa exams ug sa preliminary interviews pero wla ko kapasar sa final interview. daghan au pangutana, mura man gilisud lisud ko... asa ko nasayop? after ato mahadlok nko mangaply ug call center. asa man nindot applyan ug tsr karon?

hello bogs..the 1st call center exam that I took was calltek..the exam at calltek was not that easy..you should have a good analytical background..the exam was more on math..the sound of the speaker was not that nice..i think they try to destruct the applicant..but it was 1 yr ago..i think calltek improves now..it was the most difficult call center exam that i took..base on my experience only..but thier's no harm in trying..just try..if you have gots you can pass thier exams & interviews..good luck to you..

TSR qualifications?
Basic knowledge is a must! Usually mo ask sila nimo ug situational if technical rep imong applyan.. example: Interviewer: How do you cook a noodle? ang imong tubag must be step by step unsaon pagluto ang noodles.. ![]() ana raman na usual nako na natry hope it'll helpBTW: unsay course nimo brod? |

hello bogs..calltek entertains on line applicant but it takes weeks..if i were you, just go to their main office at JY Square..just give your resume to the guard..he will assist you and you will be schedule for an exam next day..if you pass the 1st exam you are schedule for another exam..just give your best on the 1st exam answer the question as fast as you can..be sure your answers are correct..good luck!!!

2. dapat maayo kag problem solving and mathematics. unya above average imung computer skills. basic knowledge/understanding also in troubleshooting. 3. basically, ikaw ang mu.help sa customer in terms of technical aspects. like naay guba or naay problema iyang computer or cellphone. this depends on which call center and which account you will be put on. 4. some will test u if ur really "techy" na person. tagaan kag situations or problems or pangutan.un ka ug questions na technical. example is "how do you turn off the pc aside from using the power button?". things like that. so better be prepared. TSR is not an easy job that you can easily learn and understand in a few days or months. you need to have the interest and the passion specially if you are not a 'techy" person by nature. if u really wanna be a TSR, i suggest CallTek. this is the only call center i think in cebu that caters more to tech support. |
