nway, unsa clase nga accounts sa calltek? tech support puro? or with customer service / billing issues?
are u allowed to divulge the accounts? if not, unsa nga klase lang? lang ISP? or phone? or credit card?

and kung walk-in, initial interview, then exams, then final interview? is that how it goes? (given nga pasa ka sa preceding items) or walk -in for interview purpose lang, then wait for call for the exams and so on?

naa day/afternoon shift accounts? or depende lang? and regarding sa pay, just a rough estimate, whats the basic given to new hires?

Pagka hospitalize pud nako last year and insurance jud tanan ni pay and to think 5 days ko sa hopital and dili pa ko regular ato...
