I am hoping that the management would do something about this issue for the sake of the employees and of the company itself. Having good quality facilities, and I have observed that they lack manpower at the admin department, I think it is. Computers are overused and the keyboards needs some overhaul or replacement. I also suggest that the new console be a little faster so that we can meet the quota that we need daily and also put up or install a break time log in order to monitor the employees breaks to prevent idle time. No more internet surfing during work hours, too and oversleeping. (like in my part....hehehehehe). We are also growing and I think we need more and bigger office(maybe sooner).

PGOSI is located at PDI Condominium in Banilad, fronting Gaisano Countrymall. Every employee should meet 100-150 or more messages daily, that's maybe 1000 lines a day.
