ahaka gipangbulabog man..

hi taga ipil..

bitaw, if gusto mo ug mas stable nga trabaho as compared sa mga callcenter like ps, etel, cvg, tele, wipro.. icomm ang the best...

these call centers are very much dependent ug account if mo pull out ang account like apple, at&t - acce, etc. from these service providers.. ang employees mag float.. so ang uban hinay2x na ug apply.. but with icomm.. deli dependent ug account or wala mangita ang company ug account but rather they are providing service sa ilang sis company.. now kana ang pinaka dako nga difference..

compensation wise.. ok raman sad.. of course as always ma ng compensation review so.. hinay2x lang ta aron deli ta ma nga tagak.. environment? c taga ipil told u half of it palang.. so its for you to find out ug unsa pay nindot ani nga company..

if hilig kag travel.. samot.. this company can offer this to you..

Mostly ESM are for Project Management, they will monitor the flow of the business kung unsa na country ilang na assign.Thailand, Singapore, Miami, New Zealand, Russia, Carribean, Australia, Durban.

for example, if you are assign for New Zealand Market, you will monitor shipments of cars to other countries, and their transactions...
(dili ni compete details... hehehe)
and you will get to travel also to that branches to check it personally.
