hi to all josenians... i was a graduate of bsc-ba year 1996.. i was an active peer facilitator then... though i did not excel academically, but im proud to say that my training and learning acquired in san jose was great and made me, if not the best but a better human resource and administrative manager in one of companies based here in cebu. momentarily, i am taking up masteral studies for me to be more competent in the field i am in now... thanks to san jose... adelante!!! lets move forward and help fellow josenian to excel!!!

Default Grad School Goes to Thailand

To expose graduate school students to the workings of world-class companies and to fulfill the requirements of the course International Business under the USJ-R Graduate School, Dr. Victoria Sy headed a group of students in going to Thailand. Bangkok, Thailand saw Josenian Masters and Doctorate students in Business Administration and in Business Management visiting companies from September 21-26. Among the numerous companies they visited were PTT Chem, and Siam Commercial Bank, the oldest bank in Thailand.

“To benchmark and visit companies with world-class production standards and practices,” these words of Dr. Sy sum up the gist of the six-day trip participated by a total of 19 students.

Such travels are part of the wide array of activities and undertakings that the USJ-R Graduate School offers to live up to the Josenian slogan “only the best is good enough for San Jose.”

A stroll in the picturesque Siam Commercial Bank will not be complete without posing for posterity.

Inside PTT Chem, one of the companies visited by the Josenian crowd that has a very impressive structure and facade.
