^^importante gyud kaayo nang certification, sa among experience, sobra pa na kaysa sa PRC forms...

blessing man pud na kung ni-resign na either ang nurse or ang CI, diretso na lang pa-sign sa head/clinical coordinator...

kung magpa-sign diay mo ni mam torreon nya madugay mo, adto na lang mo ni mam ******* mas taas siya ug rango nya mas accomodating...hehehe

knsa imo gpa.sabot na mam, ang nrse supervisor or ang senior nrse ako nail.han? hehe

hala ooo. tagaktak gyd aku 25 ana certification. maau gani na sakto pa ako pamliti uli. layu2 bya tawn 2ng lapu2. . infurniz. . maau gni ni chika daan si mam grace ana. yupak na balik2 ddto. ehehee.

as far as i remember, prc is not so strict mn with the prc forms as long as those who signed it are the ones who are supposed to sign it...then knangln mga r.n m.a.n then if dili, kinangln cla ug certification somethin...i was in prc for 3 days pra pagprocess lng kay dghn au ug problems jud na dd2 ra mi nkabw pagdayun ug file nah
