ROTC has failed to deliver good results. It has groomed airheads (in the person of most officers) and more corrupt officials (commandants and officers).

Mga bro i dd'nt agree wed dat even tho am transfering now to other skol koz b4 am also involve dat for almost a 4 sem training field in C.I.T........and it's ok 4 me f am a Crim student but am an engineering student so am realize dat's y am not agree koz it's useless and another additional to your tuition fee to the student(s)...............tnx
