After few days of waiting for the large green candlestick for EW (Is it time EW?) its finally here. Is this a goodbye to the Symmetrical Triangle and hello new highs? Relatively very big volume today as it close at the high of the day.

Our price action ended with a White Closing Marubozu which could mean a new chapter for EW after the consolidation. Resistance at 32.90 - 32.95 zone. Let us see what tomorrow brings for this stock.

MPI closed with few flucs down from previous price creating a hammer at the bottom. MPI went deep into the support zone during the day but was able to recover at the closing. The support looks very strong as of the moment and as we see a Hammer, this suggests it might reverse from the short term trend. A gap up at the opening or a close above today's price should trigger the bulls to rally again.

23.6% Fibonacci Retracement level rests within the support zone on a 6-month time frame.

Is MPI ready to bounce?

Looks like we have already forgotten about PNX. Current price movement is contained in a rectangle formation. This has been going on for a while now after we saw some rallies last month following the declaration of the 30% dividend. With date still not available, this may trade at its current range.

Currently our price is at its support and I am speculating it might move up to its resistance level. Good time to add before the breakout?

A Rectangle is a continuation pattern that forms as a trading range during a pause in the trend. Rectangles are sometimes referred to as trading ranges, consolidation zones or congestion areas. The direction of the next significant move can only be determined after the breakout has occurred.
