Default Any Business Is Better Than Your Call Center Job

What can you get from a call center?
1. Good Salary?
Is an 18,000/ month salary big enough?
A current economic survey was done and concluded that a Filipino needs to earn at least 24,000/month to suffice with the current prices & needs. People reaching this salary mark are considered marginally poor.

2. It's "In"?

3. Lots of Friends?

4. Lots Of Perks & Fun?

Isn't it a routinary job that numbs out all your other senses?
Isn't it a "garbage" job thats not fitted for people like you?
Fooled by the wrong perception of a good job?

Never tell me it's the only job there is....
Never tell me you don't have any common sense.
Never bound yourself on what you only saw.
You are not a robot. Aren't you?

After all your works..what can you boast about yourself?.....the "twang"?
Its a fake perception of success & high achievement.
There's no achievement in it.

THE BUSINESSMAN
They have the brains working...
They have the courage exercised all the time...
They have the real pride of achievements.
And most of all they have what is called "LIFE"

i agree. if you want to grow, working in a call center shouldn't be your career.

Create your own "LIFE".
Free yourself from the bounds of wrong perceptions.

para nako lang ha.. di man ma consider na long term employment ang call center..
although nindut ni cya para sa mga young people kay nindut man ang environment... you might consider this as being in or cool... because of the great extent of socializing

most "businesses" kay at first, gamay ra jud ang income.. this is the part nga very discouraging.. and also.. sa "business", you cant socialize much.. thats why it seems boring and routine..

ako lang ni i share....

theres a big difference between being in business and being self-employed...
kung naa ka "negosyo" nya kinhanlanon jud imu presence para mo generate og income.. that is self-employed.. example.. tindero/tindera sa imu own convenience store.. manager sa imu own company..

a business is something that can generate income with or without your direct involvement..

most filipinoes think of self-employment thinking it is business.. of someday running their own store.. instead of owning a store that could generate income for them..

to give you a clear example..
chinese store owners in colon.. do you think their store will survive if they are inactive for a long time? these owners work so that their stores will not close down. if they dont work.. mag sira ila tindahan... these people are not businessmen.. they are self-employed.. they do not own a business.. they own their job..

the difference between a regular job and self-employment is simply the level of "entrepreneurship"

ill try to post a thread explaining what a business is...

its possible daghan call center agents ma offend ani nga title..

but i dont think this should be limited to call center agents only.. this should cover all employees..

call center agents pride themselves of their job and their company.. i respect that..

the problem here is that most employees are contented on being just employees.. most lack the courage or the guts to start their own venture..

its only logical.. in a job, you only have a limited liability.. those who seek a steady paycheck stay in jobs..

those who seek huge potential earnings go into business..

businesses also demands more from a person than a regular job.. and sadly, only a few people are willing to make sacrifices..

Kahibaw ka Bro ngano dili long term? Do you think capable pa maka work until age 60 and then kanang atong SSS, GSIS dili maka outspace sa inflation? Ang buot pasabot ni Bro Cirext kay long term na source of income na mapamana nimu until sa next nimung generations. Bro, karong panahona kanang gitawag na "job security" it is just a myth. Wala nay job security karong panahona, any company na imung gi trabahoan any time na mu sira. Look at what happend to Lear, dako man na na comapny, why nanaktak man slag mga engineer?

Hehehehe! Ako salary naa ra sa mga 15k, tapos I know what is inflation is all about. Based on statistics, people who has an annuall income of 400k- 2M is in the middle class, meaning below 400k annuall income naa na sa poor level, this is the cause of inflation.

Kanang 15k ron na sweldo, lisod nana i buhi ug pamilya samot na naay pa eskwelahon.

Kana imung money bro dapat kahibaw ka mu save ana in a right way kanag mu interest more than inflation kung dili ka gusto mag business.

Salary is a linear income but doing business the growth is geometrical. Make a spare tire before the disaster occurs.

You understand me well bro lorenzoleo.
I have read several threads from call center agents who have been tired of their work.
This is a simple call to encourage them to "get out from their shell"

The industry had been a catch-up basin, a last resort for a desired profession/carreer never been opened.

Nursing grads who had not a chance to go abroad...
Education grads who are not given the opportunity to teach...
Etc...etc...

If you r already here, its ok.
You can stay for now. But never stay long.
Find your own path.

Sakto ka TS. You can stay for now but not forever.

Paita!

Been working for almost 15 years with good salary but still I'm not contented.

Now, I'm self-employed.

call centers, bpos, and other foreign businesses that require filipino manpower should be for the foreigners, not for us! kita man hinuon himoon slaves nila oi! nya ila mga peepz ari2x diri mangita chix nga pinay. kita intawn sige pangita work nga adto sa laing nasod. LOOK AT THE BIG FRIGGIN DIFFERENCE GUYS! palabot ra mong slaves mo sa mga foreigners? come on! the only way to get out of this economic mess we have is to build more businesses for more chances of employment, especially entry-level employment. tanawa after decades guys, pustaay ta daghan nasad emerge new businesses from the retired workers. bahala gamay, basta kanunay.

IF YOU WANT TRUE FREEDOM, BUILD A BUSINESS FOR FILIPINOS TO WORK IN! THIS GOES TO ALL PATRIOTS!
