that thing is sometimes driven by arch't flores. i think naka gear reduction na iyang thing. yes nagdagan pa na.
murag ang SVD ang tagiya ana. very good condition pa na. according to arch't flores the color is masilya green.

looks more like a country buggy.. aka sakbayan.

a thing.. which is really named kurierwagen or type 181.. looks like this.
