HoW to COnvert WATER as ALTERnatives for car

The question is: WHY apply and HOW can somebody apply for a patent when the technology is already there? Dingel applied for a "so-called" water-powered car, BUT the technology DINGEL is claiming to be his, is already out there! THE problem is: his car runs on petrol (gasoline) and it just mixes hydrogen from a hydrogen generator. That's why when the U.S scientist that came here check his tailpipe for emissions, they found carbon monoxide coming out/emitting from the muffler, and that proves, his car (Dingel) is burning fuel/gas and is NOT entirely driven/run by water alone. it apparently uses a mixture of both gas/petrol and hydrogen coming from a hydrogen generator. WHY patent something that is already there? it's like saying, somebody is going to the patent office and applying/stating that you want a patent for the invention of the wheel. (applying for the invention of the wheel? the wheel has been there. applying for a hydrogen generator? it has been there. applying for a water-powered car? by water alone? without any mixture of gas/petrol? let the SHOW begin!) The TRUTH shall set us free.

period. i will rest my case. this will drag on and on, some believe and some don't. just like religion. christians will believe in jesus christ and the muslims will believe in allah. christians will defend their faith so will the muslims. in the end, the one who believes on whatever (ideas, religion, whatever) will stick to his/her beliefs.

Well i guess time will tell. If trully, other countries will buy the invention of Dingel, then maybe there's by chance that Dingel's invention wasn't a hoax.

nope, para nako di naman kailangan na bro. ang nag invent gani anang water4gas kay wala say background sa mechanical ug chemistry. just read lang bai, para masabtan nimo ang mga principles behind sa mga devices na kailangan for the hho generator.

Para nako bai, better use the money to buy the materials. Information for making an HHO cell are freely given on the internet and you can even build your own design. Sa youtube lang daan daghan na kaayo nag sharing with corresponding results for the design they tested. Unless you get at least 4 liter/minute output of HHO, there's no significant increase in your km/liter in City driving pero dako na kaayo ikatabang pag reduce sa pollution ang 1 to 2liter/minute output.
Pwede nimo ma break ang water by high voltage at certain frequency or you go with the conventional straight DC electrolysis. Or you can go with the Joe cell project by conditioning the water from a stream.
