not all people who works for call centers are good in english, they just happen to know how to speak english but it doesnt necessarily mean that they're already gud. first, we have to consider that learning a new language is never easy, so if you're not really comfortable with the language, it might be challenging. best thing for you to do is practice and practice and practice. you'll get it right in time. as with the accent, thats something you learn develop. as with call centers, they dont really teach you to develop an accent, they just teach you how to neutralize it. they'll teach you how to pronounce the words right and construct the sentence. bottomline is, if you want to be gud at it, immerse yourself in the language. read, listen, talk and think in english. and if it sounds wrong, its wrong. |

cguro its the confidence that theyve experienced talking to foreigners and their familiarity of the service they offer.then again its a good practice for a start. |
