Thanks, cmontoya! I don't smoke though. Anything. Asthmatic, remember?

Suede and Vemp:

I was never really a Wolverine fan. But the way Joss "****ING GENIUS" Whedon handled him in Astonishing Xmen was just... oh... I have no words. But I gotta say that what got me into the Wolverine series was Jason Aaron's run with Ron Garney, which was 62 thru 65. That was great. Old Man Logan is okay so far. Big part of me wants to say it's amazing, but the concept just isn't anything new. The future concept, I mean. McNiven's art is solid though, but I've never been a big fan. despite Civil War. What's keeping me interested in the Old Man Logan story is Millar. And Suede, if you want more good Millar stuff, he's also currently writing a mini called 1985. I'm enjoying that more. Hee.

millar! he is indeed good. he used to be an artist, right? and now he writes. i think he kicks more ass with his writing!

Millar didn't start as a cartoonist. You're either talking about Winick or Morrisson. As far as I know, Millar was never an artist. I could be wrong though.

I have all of Thor. Hit me up next time you're online and we'll "discuss" it.

Leave me alone, lady.

Aaaaand three out of six Thor pages are finally done. They have just been posted on ---> Border Break. Again, these are Thor pages, though Thor himself hasn't made an appearance just yet.

These are my first ever pages done on 11x17, so if they look sparse within the panels... it's because I'm not quite used to the page size yet. Workin' on it, workin' on it. Lemme know what you peeps think when you get a chance.

Be nice. Click twice.

I liked the concept behind Wanted (the comic) actually. Not to spoil it for anyone, but I liked the role the villains played and stuff. Just the ending was... dumb.

I have the movie on DVD, but haven't seen it yet.

The movie Wanted is waaaay off from the comic. The movie was like Matrix for guys who really look/are geeks. Action visuals, the movie was satisfactory but again-- the Matrix did it first and will always be the best. And story wise, I'd pick the comic for its originality over the film any day.

Yeah, sure. And also, if I'm gonna watch a movie that's like the Matrix... maybe I should just watch... I dunno... THE MATRIX.

What's up, Mark Millar?

...

Not a damn thing.

Hey, John, I saw your Thor pages already. I think they look great, though I have a few criticisms for these. I'm wondering if I should lay my criticisms here or there in the journal where the images are at.

Thanks.
