I guess suede's talking about comics submission for the publication. User contributed comics, or something.

Dude, you could always take on offers that pay small, you know, just to experience what it feels like to aim at getting published and, hopefully, be published, even if it's just for a limited number of copies. It's like a boxing career, most fighers start out amateur, taking on cheap fights. Once they feel like they've build up enough experience (suffered enough cuts and bruises and all that agony, among others) they turn pro, they gun for those fights where the money's at.

Thanks.

Johnny Love drew a number of issues for two locally published comic-books called "SuKoL Mo!" and "Popcorn" some years ago. I think Santini also drew for "Popcorn".

I once coached a group called "SLICK!" that attempted to follow in the footsteps of "SuKol Mo!" and "Popcorn" but failed. We got to published only four issues with three titles before the group faded.

Thanks.

Man, had you announced this before I began my sideline, I could have contributed a page or two. Where's Diem, that dude can whip out even a darn good one-page story in no time?

Peace.

WE DINE WITH WENCHES AT HAND AND PENCILS WE DRAW TO WAR.

Also, hounded, you're double-posting.

Nerdlings, I recommend you people to read Joker's Asylum. There's two issues out already, basically it's Joker telling stories about Gotham's renowned villains. First issue was a Joker tale, second and latest issue is a Penguin tale (written by Jason Aaron! and art by Jason Pearson), and both are wickedly good!

Get it, grab it, read it.

Available at your nearest dodgy torrent tracker website.

(OT) Hi guys, just wanted to share this link

Toy News International - Daily Action Figures Toy News, Reviews and Discussions

Hope this means that we'll see her in the 3rd movie ;p

If I'm not mistaken, this character is based on the original AVP novel that I read years ago.

And I just want to shamelessly plug my flickr site

Back to lurking mode...

I'm a bit surprised that Vemp just plugged a Pearson book. He always used to say he hated his style. Dude, I know you have man-love for Jason Aaron, but HA HA HA! You just admitted to liking Pearson!

@Zerk
Jason Pearson does sequentials very rarely. He usually just does covers nowadays. Latest ones were Loners and some Secret Invasion Black Panther covers. Latest interiors he did were, as Vemp mentioned, for DC's Joker's asylum. No idea what comic pages he did before that. Some Tom Strong stuff for ABC I think. Did you read his Body Bags stuff?

LOLLERZ.

Well, as you know, my schedule's still a bit tight right now. But that sounds like something fun to do. Vemp might be interested. Or heck, maybe the other awesome guys here.

And Suede, you gonna do your sequentials soon? How are they?

EDIT: Thor page one is done. Posting it tomorrow after Photoshop clean-up. Waiting for Harvey to get online so I can ask how to properly scan this oversized bitch.
