hmmm, speaking of DARKHORSE COMICS, If you dig 300 + medieval europe (armies, glory, GORE, women, disturbing sceneries, GORE, knights, GORE, the likes...) + some plushy dark fantasy in it.

I suggest that you guys check out Berserk(published by darkhorse) for a good read. This started waaaaay back the year I was born and is still ongoing. currently with 32 volumes under its belt spanning 20 years, its worth the time. (you could actually see the artist's improvement in his style and craft!)

probably, the only manga I'll read in my entire life

-that's the protagonist btw. He's one eye short and got a prosthetic arm<hidden cannon in it> w/ a mounted bow gun due to a very disturbing event and oh, he carries around a huge bad-ass sword <the ones used against horsemen>
