It's great kay nag sugud na ka sa fast sketching, im also trying to do it kanang naa ko sa ayala.. i usually stay there for 3 hours at jonies eheh drawing.. waiting for someone.. hehehe :mrgreen: maybe we can practice together, i dont really mean all the time.. maybe when its available..coz sometimes its wayyyy to boring sketching alone... for 3 or 4 hours.. hehe usually i start at 3 or 2 and end till 6:00 pm anyway its just an idea!! and everybody who's part of the group can join in the fast sketching session, where we get to draw people and gals (with sexy legs :mrgreen waking.

btw Good luck sa imo practice program.. i just know yall be better by the end of this month eheh

@dAmNseL jEnY: I finally got the egg shape right. Wrong way for me: Draw left side, then right side. Right way for me: Top side first, then bottom side last because the bottom side should be narrower than the top (parang itlog talaga). Now, my mistake is that my eyes are wide apart when they should be one eye apart. I think I'm drawing them too small.

@Lostsoul: Prize bai dili price (peace bro). I will officially start fast sketching tonight as I feel better (no more sneezing or runny noise). I'll start fast sketching from photos. I'll fast sketch live subjects in a public setting next month pa.

@all: Can we insert hair drawing tutorial this Sunday after an hour or two of drawing Ts? Ansley, your hair drawing on that heavy metal rock star's so cool. Can you teach us how to draw that? Who else is good at drawing hair (on top of the head - just heading off those who want to draw p-hair. We'll reserve this for the pelvic region drawing tutorial later - both men and women to be fair.)

Thanks for the tip. I use the same method when I draw my character's face. I usually start on the left then right side. My character ends up with swollen cheek, uneven jawline and disfigured forehead.Â* Â*

I saw a guy who was sketching at Ayala during my visit in Cebu around 6:30 or 7 pm. I got lost in Ayala that time (^_^....Which floor do you usually draw?

Seems like going to public places to look (and to ogle) for dorwing subject slash inspiration is a very good idea. A very good idea to practice sketching. I really got a problem when I draw in public places. My dorwing hand freezes when I draw in public. Who suffers the same problem? Or maybe just meÂ*

@dAmNseL jEnY: Maybe you're still thinking about what other people would say when they see your sketches? You must have a "I don't care what they think" attitude when drawing in public. You're not working on a commission so the only person you should be pleasing is yourself. Ha, I finally did some sketches but couldn't still beat the author's time of 3 minutes but I didn't go beyond 5 minutes. Well, he's got a 20-year head start. I'll show my fast sketches to Lostsoul because he's my future fast sketching buddy.
