if you've browsed thru the complaints here thoroughly, it's not about cash or credit card payments per se. it's how Fitness First goes about their process with regards to members who want to discontinue their membership thru your company. most health clubs here in the US ie LA Fitness, are very efficient in dealing with simple transactions such as "membership cancelling, freezing etc" wherein they'll stop the auto deductions from credit cards as soon as the member terminates their membership on the same month. that's basically what current and previous members' woes unless they broke the terms of their contract wherein a member quit halfway thru a six month contract, that's another story.
