if ganahan ka pagamay sa imo body then you should start doing cardio exercises (taebo,aerobics, etc.) + proper diet...you can lift weights but not so heavy weights dapat and also high reps and sets para maburn jud ang fats..naay daghan info sa net brod about losing weights and exercise program and it's best to start NOW!! =)
