im confused. if this is a City budget, Neri can't touch this because she's not a City Hall official. if this is from Neri's pork barrel, then how was it proven that it was pocketed by her. ambot lang kay morag wala ko kadungog nga naay auditing ang pork barrel, kay last time i heard exempt man na sa auditing. pero kahibaw ko nga naay auditing ang local government budget like for a city for example.
