gi-debate pa ni karun, lain2x man gud ang absorption for each individual. and if you're a pro bodybuilder or seriously desire to gain muscle, maniguro nalang gyud ka. for them, it's better na sobra ka sa protein kaysa kulang. that's why they take liver tabs along with it.
