About this myth, everywhere you go... fitness related... maka basa gyud ka about ani... magazines, health shops, sites.. etc... How come people still CAN NOT UNDERSTAND a damn simple english? everytime i go to gym, people there doing sit-ups, crunches, leg raises, dumbbell side bends... EVERYDAY! 100 reps!

I kinda ask them... para unsa diay na? and they answered confidently ... "para pagamay tiyan.."
