ey, that's better than mine..this october alone is like hell to me.first, got 3 days no internet,only just a RESET in their base station was needed,it was ok.then it was ok for two days then another 6 days again w/o internet..just 2 hours have and another 2 days w/o , only this afternoon around 3pm that it's back again.darn! really got pissed off by them.the excuse was always having some technical site activity on sector C here in nivel lahug..haaayyy..i did report it to NTC and im glad NTC is now actively monitoring them.. NTC 7 is very helpful..especially Sarah. so naa kay reklamo sunod..email or cc ang NTC pra ma pressured jud ning smart/pldt og tarong sa ilang system..
