bro, ang pinaka sayon solusyon ani is to buy a router na naa atong features for MAC cloning...
1) conect nimo ang router sa pc. solod ka GUI sa router.. clone nimo mac address, reboot and commit. ( i presume bro na kani na pc was used before with your smrtbro to connect to the internet, if dili ka sure try to conek sa and log in sa portal sa smart).
2) conect imo smartbro modem sa router then router to pc's na dayon. if ur pc can connect, so is true with VOIP.
