I just came back from PC Express and I talked to the Branch Manager and asked him that is it my fault if the regulator was overloaded? that I only put one PC on that regulator and it's a 1,000 watts AVR how come my load was the reason for the overload. I told him na i want a replacement not a technical report from your supplier, I don't care about technical report coz they can make it anytime to have an alibi not to replace the item. He told me that he want me to fax a detailed specifications of the PC that connected to the AVR. Hope after I will fax the specifications tomorrow they will replace the unit.
