No, the 350 pesos is the registration you'll be playing if you're going to bring your own PC. That payment includes a free shirt, free internet for 24 hrs, etc.
If you're not going to bring your PC. You'll just pay P50.00 as entrance fee and you can have the option to rent a PC for P50.00 an hour.
