For In-house financing spot cash or full payment within 30 days
a 5% discount on contract price of Php 448,000.00, a discount of Php 22,400.00 is deducted from the sum total of contract price and PF/Misc (Processing Fee and Miscellaneous), that is, Php 448,000.00 plus Php 40,000.00, so the total payment is Php 465,600.00 instead of Php 488,000.00
6 months to pay with zero interest ---------------------- Php 81,333.34 per month (inclusive of Processing Fee and Miscellaneous)
