ako i dont eat any dinner... just go to the gym. pero para di ko mag crave og food i just drink tea and 2pcs of toasted wheat bread..busog nako ana...anad2 lang gud..
weight loss= less food intake+exercise
cguro the way to weightloss should be a change of lifestyle... kanang ma sustain jud nimo ba..not just for this month... bec if u use the easy way ur not actually losing the fat, but ur losing the muscles in your body. mao btw na u easily bounce back the weight bec the fat is still there.
