Default Re: Comic book drawing club/Comics movement here in Cebu!

It always hurts to see one of the founders of a group leave. But people change, their interests change, and change is the only constant thing in the world (well, along with the speed of light, gravity, and other 'k' constants). So I wish cmontoya all the luck in his new endeavor and thank him for starting this group!

Also, if anyone has difficulty acquiring the comics/things me and johnny boy are talking about, don't hesitate to ask. We (I know I can) could help you show the direction on how to get the said comics. Either physically or digitally.

Also, if you have spare Php 140.00, try getting "Trese" from National Bookstore, it's a comicbook by local Filipino artists (Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo). It's like multo-multohan meets pulis-pulisan, it's pretty good and a bit cheesy in the sides, but still a good read.
