so far, my connection is stable, but its not as fast as the 1mbps promised for a p999 plan. I always hover around the 500-600kbps speed even at offpeak hours. 
I have called their Techs to no avail telling me that the Legacy network that i have cannot achieve 1mbps but it is however, stable
is this normal guys or i need to forward my concern to one of the PLDT Email add posted here?

This morons telling you crap. Sure the legacy can (and did) archive 1MB or 2MB.
