yes, i'm for cebu secession from the philippines. after all, Cebu is the reason why the Philippines exists, but i doubt Manila will allow this to happen cuz of the constitution.

Yes we can even if we don't take arms as long as all the Cebuano people (including Centcom) will support it through a public declaration... Singapore itself separated from Malaysia and declared its own country...
