regardless of the system of government or the way we please each group who wants something for its own interest is actually makes no differencel if we don't change our personal values.. on some occassions when integration is considered the way to be more competitive, to go the other way and break down to pieces need further very careful analysis and not just reliance on chance or wishful expectation..
personally, i don't think granting independence or autonomy or reforming the system to whatever is really the key factor.. it has to do with us and has always been there but we always turn our attention to something else because we could not straighten ourselves..
