mga bs manang mga cs reps sa emall center... i experienced wrong info pod diha. and bastos pa jud kaayo modala ug customer. unprofessional kaayo. ana gyud if you have complaints don't hesitate to air them out so long as sakto sad jud na moreklamo ka, kay they'll never do something about giving quality service if we'll just settle for smart low grade procedures and service standards at times.
