just called their customer care and im surprised nakuha dayon ako call after several seconds.
i know due nko last week n i wasnt able to pay immediately due 2 financial priorities. I've connected the smartbro LAN sa laing PC (testing and updating purposes), now paggamit nako balik sa ako PC okey pa cya, naa pay internet, pag-on nako balik ganihang buntag nawala na ang internet. Ning-redirect sa ilang smartbro portal saying "connection expired blah blah"... so I think about ni sa upaid payment, nagdali-dali dayon ko online transfer ganiha. Now, the agent told me that it takes 2-3 working days para ma-reflect sa ilang system(meaning next wednesday pa mabalik ako internet). Wala sila kuyapi? Advance man gani kaayo sila mu-bill sa payment(Naa na ang Jan-Feb 2008 bill sa akong account). Sus, kung dli ka mangasaba dli gyud ibalik ang imong internet.
But in fairness, their customer care has improved, for now.
