...another misconception of most dieters is to starve themselves so that they would lose weight rapidly....this is not advisable though, since starving oneself can slow the rate of metabolism in our bodies which in effect wont help in burnin' the calories and fats in our bodies....the best way to lose weight is to eat the right foods, eat the right amount, and only eat when it's time to eat....good luck to all dieters out there...LifoSOCKKZZ!!!....hehehehe
