Reading your posts so far, I noticed 3 things right off:
1. you are trying to lose weight
2. you are stressed and exercising heavily
3. you are concerned because nalayagan ka and therefore you connect this with having a hormonal imbalance.

Concerning the first point, well, the only effective weight loss plan is still proper diet and exercise... it's the only thing that can give you long term results. Trying to lose weight very quickly can result in health problems and skin folds (yuck!).
I think points 2 and 3 are connected. Since you are 20 years old, the most common cause nga malayagan ka is still pregnancy. After that, it may be due to severe stress as well as too much exercise. (If you recall, certain adolescent athletes have irregular menses too.)
If you are doubting that you have a hormonal imbalance because of other symptoms other than nalayagan ka, PLEASE consult a doctor. Your doctor will be able to extract the correct history and examine you properly and this will lead to the correct diagnosis.
Hope this post will be able to help you.
