Get checked out by a doctor. Certain medical conditions (e.g. metabolic, adrenal, hormonal abnormalities, thyroid disease) make it hard for a person to lose weight. Also, if you're taking medications, puede pud na maoy rason. Certain medications contribute to weight gain. Also, lack of sleep and high levels of stress are factors in weight gain. Anyways, you might also need to have a nutritionist develop an ideal diet plan for you. It might also be nga because sige ka'g exercise, you're developing muscles, which are denser than fats. It could be a whole lot of reasons. Have you tried doing the South Beach Diet? I tried it before, along with exercise, and it was really effective.
