Default Hormonal Imbalance! MAka affect ba sa pag lose og weight?

I'm just curious. Stressed kaayo ko lately. I didnt have my visitor last month. I think anemic nako.

I sleep mga 5 hrs a day ra, then I go to the gym for aerobics mga 2 sessions aerobics and boxing.
Ako intake, heavy breakfast, oatmeal sa lunch, bread/tempur/milk dinner!


How come wa jd ko nidaot ba!!!
