AFAIK regarding reheating food , just reheat it once lang . Mao na akong nabal-an ha , no scientific explanation at all . Thats the reason why when we cook , cook only good enough for the whole meal and not for the whole week to avoid reheating .
There is an old saying: 'For want of a nail, the horseshoe was lost. For want of a horseshoe, the steed was lost. For want of a steed, the message was not delivered. For want of message, the war was lost.
