i've done clearing the CMOS, pero mo hungup lng ghapon, sa BIOS setting ra gani ko nisulod, just 2 check if wla gyud lain cause sa hangup, mao lng ghapon, all are physically good( i dont know sa ESR sa capacitor sa motherboard kay wla man ko intrument ana.

If problem persists, you need a qualified serviceman na. But if you know how to flash the BIOS with a new image, that might solve the problem. But flashing is very risky unless you know how to recover your dead system kon ma failed upgrade. If not, that will render your system totally dead again.
ok ra nmo ako itry ug flash, nya if mguba na gyud! ako nlng ianha nmo,maybe anha kog cebu next week, maong nlang guro ni last nga paagi, lisod man pud ug ilisan ang capacitor, dli man mahibaw.an nko ug asa ilisan,although naa ko mga spare sa capacitor, pero sayang lng kay trial& error man,dli gyud ma pinpoint ba...
but i dont know how to flash it, mobasa usa kos wimbios nya if naa ko dli masabtan, ask lng nya ko nmo bahin ining pg flash sa BIOS sa MOTHERBOARD just to repair ini.
naa ba additional hardware kinahanglan just to flash, or mgdownload lng ug .bin nga file nya, ako lng kay bsin ug mo hungup nlng dli ka flash, kay approximately 30-120 secs. ra gyud, dli gyud ingon nga modugay au ;(
