actually nagbinogo sad ang customer. sige nag tuyok-tuyok ang agent pag-explain, mu-insist jaopn siya nga wala na man pud lain mabuhat ang agent. oh well, the agent should've been a little more patient but it's really a tough job and i know where she is coming from being a callcenter agent as well. wala man toy patungnan ilang call.
