iSTORYA.NET has come a long way and we feel that it is now time to move forward and do more. This is in the final stages of planning but we already have the resources needed to pull this off. This is ambitious but we will make it as we did here.

Like iSTORYA.NET, this is also something that we strongly believe in. As a tribute to all of you, we will offer you with something that you can call your own.

Introducing the iSTORYA.NET Blog Network. This will be anchored around MYiSTORYA.NET – A Multiuser Blog Hosting Service. MYiSTORYA = My Story… tell yours online!

On top of that, we will offer free web hosting with up to 20Gb of bandwith per month for qualified blogs or websites. What we ask in return are just links. Final guidelines will be posted soon. Estimated time of implementation is between 1-2 months.

After doing extensive research on which platform to take, we decided to go with vBblog. The main reason is “forum integration”. It is the only option so far that would seamlessly integrate with vBulletin. This means that instead of creating two separate accounts, people who are qualified to use it only need to have 1 user account for both the forums and the user blogs.

This feature is initially available to persons with the following ranks: C.I.A., Platinum Member, & Premium Member.

The Children’s Joy Foundation , a non-government, non-profit organization continues to help out children-beneficiaries maintain their stability in all aspects of their lives in the physical, mental, and in the spiritual in facilitating growth and development to help them become responsible citizens of our nation. All these help in developing and nurturing the child’s personality in an environment where love and peace abound. Many children are staying with the foundation for temporary shelter, training, and education under the supervision of the foundation staff. They need financial assistance to finish their education and earn a degree so that they can take care of themselves independently. You can be an advocate in this endeavor.

Help us in reaching out to them by bridging the gap. Join us this Saturday.

Can you imagine how much seafoods that is?

But the reality is during the last hundred years, the Philippine coastal areas LOST 300,000 HECTARES of mangrove forest. It is estimated that all mangrove forests in the Philippines could be gone in less than 40 years. It can happen in your lifetime! There will be no more seafood for you and your children.

BUT WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Join iSTORYA.NET and the Coastal Conservation and Education Foundation in its weeken effort to restore a mangrove forest in Dumlog, Talisay.
