In celebration of the nation’s independence as well as to officially welcome P.i., a new brand of apparel, Islands Souvenirs is holding a concert entitled “Rock Your Pride” tonight at 8pm at the Outpost. P.i. or Philippine islands is the latest brand of patriotic-themed apparel from Islands Souvenirs, featuring twenty personalities from various sectors of the community, including artists, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and student leaders. P.i. exhorts young Filipinos to “Wear Their Pride” and be more actively engaged in socio-civic activities and nation-building. P.i. also supports the efforts of YVote.
“Rock Your Pride” is a Kalye Musika production, and will feature performances by Mungkanghan, Pandora, The Line Divides, and Powerspoonz. Freebies such as shirts, bags, and button pins will be given away and there will also be an open bar for early arrivals.
